1- By Now you have received an email, congratulating you joining As One Force. If not contact us.

2- On the email by clicking on ecore.innovaglobal.com, you get direct to a login page.

You need to click on "Rest password" first at the button of the the page

3- System prompts you to request for an email to be send to to your email.

Enter your email and then, check your mail for an email requesting for you to set your own password. (Now you have a secure login and if you forget, you can repeat this again).

Note: As One Source is a hand selected group of authorized licence and insured installers worldwide based on their local reputations and past performances thus you should be on boarded an receive the email mentioned in the step 1 .

4- After you reset your password. You can login with your user ID and password by clicking on ecore.innovaglobal.com, and log in .

Save it on ( i.e. Google keep")

5- On your mobile you see your project names and project numbers.

A- Click on that and you get directed to this simple mobile screen.

B- For National Rollout projects, click on Rollout Forms and follow the step by step process and complete your installation project

C- For Local projects ,

• Click and do your daily COVID screening before you go the site and complete the form

• Click on Site report to see the project scope of work and upload your picture and you site report. Note: The Site report button will show as solid blue if and when you are scheduled for the project on that day. The button will stay active for 12 hours after project is completed .

6- For " Site report " You get access to this screen which contains:

A- Your scope of work for the day

B- Click to up load pictures ( site AS IS picture before yo start )

C- Click to upload any document in your drive ( COI, floor plan...etc. ) - If needed

D- Click to upload pictures after you completed the project tasks ( site at the end of the day )

E- Short description what was completed or not

F- Click on daily scope of work is completed Y/N

G- Short description of any concerns ( Safely, security ...etc.)

H- Complete and click on Submit button ( before you submit, please make sure you have a good cell reception, if not just go outs side the building and try)

7- For National Rollout projects, click on Rollout Forms " You get access to the app screens with step by step instruction which contains:

A- Your information

B- Project detail scope of work

C- Project tasks and deliverable

D- Installation videos and pictures ( how tos )

D- Upload pictures after you complete each tasks ( site at the end of the day )

E- Short description what was completed or not

F- Click on daily scope of work is completed Y/N

H- Complete and click on Submit button ( before you submit, please make sure you have a good cell reception, if not just go outside the building and try)
